The Foundations is following the CDC, State of Montana and the MSU Northern guidelines set forth to protect the greater population against the spread of the novel coronavirus. We care about our campus community, alumni and supporters and have a few changes to our protocol and appreciate your corporation in following these practices.

• Office Visits: We are asking visitors to our office, located on campus in Cowan Hall, to please schedule appointments in advance. To do this, call our office at 406.265.3711 or email us at alumni@msun.edu to schedule your visit. 

• Stop the spread of germs: Along with the Governor’s office who is recommending face coverings, the Montana University System (MUS) decided that all higher education institutions in Montana will be requiring face covering inside all buildings. This includes our offices which are located within the MSUN campus.  Additionally, we have hand sanitizer available and will be using disinfecting wipes and wiping down the office as necessary. We remind everyone to wash their hands often.

• Physical Distancing: When in a meeting or at an event we will encourage the 6 feet of social distancing along with limited physical contact. Elbow bumps are appreciated.
