The MSU-Northern Foundation is announcing two new recipients of the Founders’ Excellence Awards for the 2022 year. Dr. Joseph P. Callahan of Dickenson, ND and Clyde R. Thomas, Jr. of Havre, MT were unanimously voted by a committee as this year’s winners.
